Returns and exchanges must be authorized by the store in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Customer must e-mail and request authorization code prior to returning goods. The authorization code must be included on the return label or the return package may be refused. This is for security reasons. NO exceptions. The return package must be received within 10 business days for a qualified refund and/or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging. If damage occurred in shipping, please notify the store immediately for instructions on how to proceed with replacement and/or refund.
Please note: Do NOT destroy or discard packing as this could affect your refund or return eligibility.
